Whether you are shipping a sofa or storing electrical components or displaying products for retail, you want to be dealing with a manufacturer.
All Campack factories are specialist short run corrugated solutions; our minimum quantity is one, so if you have an awkward shape to ship we can make you a box to suit.
Our customers regularly have orders of 25, 50 or more made to measure cartons. Our stock board grades are: Single Wall 125K/B/125T and Double Wall 125K/DW/125T and 300K/DW/300T for heavy applications.
We can also offer digital colour print facilities available for runs as small as 100 or as great as 10,000 boxes. Set up costs are low so please give us a chance to quote.
It pays to work with a manufacturer. If you send us a layout or even just a picture and description, we have CAD facilties on site to create your box, for your products, your way.
Single wall, Double wall and Triple Wall Boxes
Corrugated cardboard is made up of a fluted paper sheet placed between two sheets of liner paper. The size of the flute and the weight of the paper determines the strength and performance of the board and therefore the box.
Single wall cardboard boxes are the most commonly used corrugated shipping case. They are cheaper than double wall boxes, yet still provide enough rigidity and shock absorption to protect the goods inside.
Double wall cardboard boxes are constructed using two layers of corrugated cardboard (flutes) with a liner board facing between them. This construction adds greater strength and stability. Double wall corrugated cases are better suited for heavier weighted or higher value items which demand a stronger board.
Triple wall consists of three layers of tough corrugated cardboard and it offers unparalleled protection.
